KPS Sells C&D Trojan to Stryten Energy

Paul, Weiss advised KPS Capital Partners and its portfolio companies C&D Technologies, Inc. and Trojan Battery Company, LLC (together known as C&D Trojan) in the sale of C&D Trojan to Stryten Energy LLC. C&D Trojan designed and manufactures stationary and specialty motive batteries. The deal creates one of North America’s most comprehensive battery manufacturing and energy storage companies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
