KPS Capital to Sell Chassis Brakes to Hitachi Automotive

Paul, Weiss is representing Chassis Brakes International Group, a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, LP, in its sale to Hitachi Automotive Systems, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Works council consultations will be conducted. Chassis Brakes is a leader in automotive safety solutions and one of the world's three largest manufacturers of automotive foundation brakes and foundation brake components.
