KKR Invests in Ruichen Pet Hospital Group

Paul, Weiss advised KKR in its investment in Ruichen Pet Hospital Group Co., Ltd., a Chinese pet hospital chain. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ruichen provides pet-focused medical services that include healthcare, laboratory diagnosis, grooming and pet products.

The Paul, Weiss team included, among others, corporate partner Judie Ng Shortell and corporate counsel Jack Sun.
