Interstate Hotels to Merge With Aimbridge Hospitality

Paul, Weiss is representing leading independent multinational hotel operator Interstate Hotels & Resorts in its merger with Aimbridge Hospitality, North America’s largest independent hotel management firm, creating a global leader in third-party hotel management services. Interstate is a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, LLC. The combined company will manage a portfolio of more than 1,400 branded and independent properties in 49 states and 20 countries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
