Interstate Hotels Acquires Portfolio of Hotel Management Agreements

Paul, Weiss represented Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in its acquisition of a portfolio of 83 hotel management agreements from White Lodging Services Corporation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc., a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C., is a global leader in third-party hotel management.
