Hunt Capital Makes Strategic Investment in Brean Capital

Paul, Weiss represented leading U.S. real estate asset manager Hunt Capital Holdings in its strategic investment in Brean Capital, LLC, a full-service broker-dealer. This alliance will provide enhanced investment banking, fixed-income sales and trading, securitization and derivative capabilities for Hunt, and will also enable Brean to continue to grow its securitization banking capabilities to support client activity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
