HCP to Transfer Management of 24 Senior Housing Communities to Atria

Paul, Weiss is representing HCP in transitioning the management of a portfolio of 24 senior housing communities from Brookdale Senior Living to Atria Senior Living. The transitions are expected to be completed by September 2018.
