General Atlantic Invests in Slack

Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic as a lead investor alongside Dragoneer Investment Group in the $427 million in new funding for Slack, a leading cloud-based workplace collaboration platform. The latest round values the company at $7.1 billion. Other investors include T. Rowe Price Associates, Wellington Management, Baillie Gifford and Sands Capital.
