Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic in its participation in Series C and D funding rounds in portfolio company Harmay, a China-based next-generation beauty and lifestyle retailer. General Atlantic led the Series C round. The transactions raised a combined total of $200 million.

Harmay is a leading digital publication focused on luxury consumer trends in China, with an extensive online and offline presence that tops the recommendation lists of social media platforms Zaxhongdianping and Xiaohongshu.
