Five Arrows Invests in StarRez

Paul, Weiss advised Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co, on its strategic investment, alongside existing investor Vista Equity Partners, in Melbourne-based StarRez, a global leader in campus student housing software. The transaction will further sharpen StarRez’s focus on innovation and customer experience. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partners Matthew Abbott and Megan Spelman, and included tax partner Lindsay Parks; intellectual property partners Jonathan Ashtor and Brianna van Kan; and litigation counsel Audrey Paquet.
