FirstLight to Be Acquired by Antin Infrastructure

Paul, Weiss is representing leading fiber-optic bandwidth infrastructure services provider FirstLight in its acquisition by Antin Infrastructure Partners from Oak Hill Capital Partners IV. Financial terms of the transaction, expected to close in the second half of 2018, were not disclosed.
