EQT Sells Remaining Stake in Enity Bank

Paul, Weiss advised EQT in connection with the SEK 1.432 billion ($154 million) sale of its remaining stake in Enity Bank Group. The transaction follows Enity’s initial public offering on Nasdaq Stockholm in June 2025, on which Paul, Weiss also advised.
