EQT and T-Mobile Acquire Fiber Home Internet Provider Lumos

Paul, Weiss advised EQT Infrastructure on the financing aspects of EQT and T-Mobile’s joint venture in fiber home internet provider Lumos. Lumos currently operates a 7,500-mile fiber network serving 475,000 homes across the Mid-Atlantic region.
