DigitalBridge Invests in Allo Communications

Paul, Weiss advised DigitalBridge, a leading global alternative asset manager dedicated to investing in digital infrastructure, in connection with the financing of an investment in Allo Communications. Allo is a leading telecommunications company offering fiber telephone, long-distance, broadband, internet and television services to residents and businesses in 50 cities.
