Declaration Capital Invests in aXiomatic

Paul, Weiss advised Declaration Capital, the family office of Carlyle co-founder David Rubenstein, in its recent investment in aXiomatic, an esports and video game startup. Financial terms of the transaction were not announced.
The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partners Ted Ackerman and Udi Grofman; and tax partner David Sicular.
