Columbia Pipelines Completes $500 Million Offering of Senior Notes

Paul, Weiss advised the underwriters in a Columbia Pipelines Holding Company LLC offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of notes. Columbia Pipelines, an indirect subsidiary of TC Energy, owns one of the premier natural gas systems in North America, with over 15,000 miles of natural gas pipelines and more than 270 billion cubic feet of total integrated working gas storage. MUFG, Truist Securities and Wells Fargo Securities acted as underwriters for the offering.
