CIM Group Sells One Tehama in San Francisco to Bell Sound USA

Paul Weiss advised a fund sponsored and managed by CIM Group, L.P. in the sale of One Tehama, a class A office building in San Francisco built by the CIM fund, to Bell Sound USA LLC. One Tehama serves as the headquarters for SoFi, an online personal finance company that, among other things, refinances student debt. Paul Weiss had also advised CIM in the construction financing for One Tehama.

The Paul, Weiss team included real estate partner Harris Freidus.
