CIM Group Acquires Seattle’s Sixth Avenue Garage

Paul, Weiss represented CIM Group in its acquisition—through a joint venture with LAZ Parking Realty Investors—and financing of a commercial parking garage at the base of a Hilton Hotel in downtown Seattle, known as Sixth Avenue Garage.

The Paul, Weiss team includes real estate partner Harris Freidus and counsel Barry Langman; and tax partner David Mayo.
