Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters, led by BofA Securities, Inc., in CI Financial Corp.’s $260 million reopening of its 3.200% senior notes due 2030. The notes form part of the same series as the outstanding $700 million principal amount of 3.200% notes due 2030, which were issued on December 17. The reopening, which was completed on January 19, brings the aggregate principal amount of the series to $960 million. CI Financial is a Canadian company offering global asset management and wealth management advisory services.
