Carrier Global Invests in Montana Technologies

Paul, Weiss is advising Carrier Global Corporation in its strategic partnership with and investment in Montana Technologies LLC, an atmospheric thermal energy and water harvesting technology company. Under the terms of the agreement, Carrier will partner with Montana Technologies to develop and commercialize Montana's transformational AirJoule dehumidification and cooling technology. In addition, Carrier has conditionally committed $10 million in growth equity into Montana Technologies to foster the commercialization of AirJoule.
