CAE Completes $287 Million Stock Offering in U.S. and Canada

Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, TD Securities Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., in an offering by CAE Inc. of 10,454,545 common shares at $27.50 per share. CAE is a high technology company at the leading edge of simulation and modelling technologies, providing solutions to make the world a safer place, including training and operational support solutions in civil aviation, defense and security, and healthcare.
