Boat Rocker Media Acquires Matador Content

Paul, Weiss represented global entertainment company Boat Rocker Media in its cash-and-stock acquisition of production company Matador Content, which is behind Paramount Network’s Lip Sync Battle and other popular series. Under the terms of the transaction, Matador founders Jay Peterson and Todd Lubin remain at the helm of Matador. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
