Berkshire Partners Acquires FoodChain ID

Paul, Weiss advised funds managed by affiliates of Berkshire Partners LLC in their acquisition of FoodChain ID, a food-safety and food-quality products and services business, from Paine Schwartz Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
