Barnes & Noble To Explore Strategic Alternatives

Paul, Weiss is advising the board of directors of Barnes & Noble, Inc., the U.S.’s largest retail bookseller, in its decision to undertake a strategic process for the company. The decision follows expressions of interest from multiple parties in making an offer to acquire the company, which is based in New York.
