Avon to Be Acquired by Natura & Co in $3.7 Billion Deal

Paul, Weiss is representing the independent directors of Avon Products, Inc. in Avon’s all-stock acquisition by Natura & Co. Upon completion of the transaction, valued at $3.7 billion, Natura & Co’s shareholders will own approximately 76 percent of the combined company, while Avon common shareholders will own approximately 24 percent.

The combined company will hold leading positions in relationship selling through Avon’s and Natura’s more than 6.3 million consultants and representatives, a global footprint through 3,200 stores, and an expanded digital presence across all companies.
