Argo Group Completes Sale of Trident Public Risk Solutions

Paul, Weiss represented Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd., an international underwriter of specialty insurance and reinsurance products, in the sale of its Trident Public Risk Solutions managing general agent to a subsidiary of EPIC Holdings, Inc., a retail property & casualty and employee benefits insurance brokerage and consulting firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
