Paul, Weiss advised funds managed by Apollo affiliates on their acquisition, alongside other investors, of a minority stake in Motor Fuel Group (MFG) from investment firm CD&R. The Apollo-led investor group includes leading institutional investors and a number of CD&R’s existing limited partners. Under the terms of the transaction, the Apollo-led group acquired about £500 million of structured equity in MFG via a new special purpose vehicle.
