AmTrust Financial Services Sells AmTrust Mobile Solutions to Pacific Century Group

Paul, Weiss represented AmTrust Financial Services in the sale of AmTrust Mobile Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd. to Crystal Atlas Limited, a subsidiary of Pacific Century Group. AmTrust Mobile Solutions Pte. is a Singapore-based third-party administrator of protection plans and extended warranties for mobile phones in Malaysia, Indonesia, India and the Philippines. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
