AmTrust Financial Services and Blackstone Form Strategic Partnership to Launch ANV Group Holdings

Paul, Weiss advised AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a global specialty property casualty insurer, in its strategic partnership with Blackstone Credit & Insurance, in which AmTrust spun off seven fee businesses across a number of jurisdictions to create a new, independent company named ANV Group Holdings. ANV Group is a managing general agency platform that underwrites a diversified mix of specialty, affinity and wholesale insurance products in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe.
