AmTrust Financial Sells Stake in Amynta to Madison Dearborn

Paul, Weiss advised multinational insurance holding company AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. in the sale of its equity stake in the Amynta Group, a leading insurance services company, to Madison Dearborn Partners. Existing commercial business arrangements between AmTrust and Amynta will remain in place following the transaction. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
