AMG to Acquire Minority Interest in Montefiore Investment

Paul, Weiss is advising AMG, a strategic partner to leading independent investment management firms worldwide, in its acquisition of a minority equity interest in Montefiore Investment SAS, a leading investment firm with €5 billion in assets under management. Under the terms of the transaction, Montefiore’s management will retain a substantial majority of the firm’s equity, continue to lead the organization and maintain full control of day-to-day operations. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
