AmeriLife to Acquire Crump Life Insurance Services

Paul, Weiss is advising AmeriLife Group, LLC, on the financing aspects of its acquisition of Crump Life Insurance Services and Hanleigh Management (collectively Crump) from TIH Insurance Holdings. AmeriLife is a national organization that develops, markets and distributes life and health insurance, annuities and retirement planning solutions. Crump is one of the largest providers of life insurance and retirement products in the United States. Financial terms of the deal, expected to close in the first quarter of 2025, were not disclosed.
