Federal E-Discovery: Court Allows Forensic Imaging of Personal Devices

The article, “Court Allows Forensic Imaging of Personal Devices,” discusses a recent case in which the district judge allowed the forensic imaging of personal devices after finding that a compelling need for discovery outweighed privacy interests.
