Two Paul, Weiss-led matters are shortlisted for "Restructuring Deal of the Year" in the International Financial Law Review’s 2022 IFLR Americas Awards. The Hertz Global restructuring, where Paul, Weiss represented the sponsors, and the Carlson Travel restructuring, where the firm represented an ad hoc group of noteholders, are both frontrunners in the category. The annual awards recognize legal innovation in cross-border transactions that closed during the past year. Winners will be announced on May 19.
