Paul, Weiss played a key role in 26 restructuring matters spotlighted by Turnarounds & Workouts (T&W) in its annual lists of the past year’s largest and most successful restructurings. Fifteen of these matters were included on the publication’s “Successful Restructurings of 2023 list,” including the restructurings of Avaya Holdings Corp., Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Party City Holdco Inc. and Revlon Inc., among others. In addition, 22 of these matters were included on T&W’s “Largest Chapter 11 Cases of 2023” list.
