Stonepeak's Acquisition of Stake in Louisiana LNG Named PFI LNG Americas Deal of the Year

Project Finance International named Stonepeak's acquisition of its interest in Louisiana LNG the winner in its “Americas LNG Deal of the Year” category as part of the publication’s annual PFI Awards. Paul, Weiss served as financing counsel on the deal, led by corporate partners Eric Wedel, Ben Steadman, Caroline Epstein, Ravi Purohit and Lukas Richards.
