The publication cited Bob’s ground-breaking work on the entertainment industry’s largest deals, beginning with his 1991 role assisting Warner Communications in its merger with Time Inc. NLJ also highlighted Bob’s ongoing work in CBS’s pending merger with Viacom, where he is advising the special committee of the board of CBS.
