Corporate partner Robert Schumer was recognized as an M&A Trailblazer by The National Law Journal. Bob was recognized for his trail-blazing work over many years in the deal-making arena. The publication highlighted his longtime representation of Time Warner and Time Warner Cable, from his work as a senior associate on the original Time-Warner merger to the company’s acquisition of Adelphia. Bob was also recognized for his involvement in the merger of Endeavor and William Morris.
Speaking on the development and growth of the Paul, Weiss corporate practice, Bob says, “It is now one of the best, if not the best, corporate practices in the city.
