Paul, Weiss was recognized in two categories in The M&A Advisor’s 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards, which celebrate outstanding transactions, deal teams and professionals from the past year. Corporate partner Ted Ackerman was named “Legal Advisor of the Year,” and the firm was honored for “M&A Deal of the Year (Between ($1B - $5B)” for our role advising General Atlantic in its consortium acquisition of PANTHERx Rare.
Winners were announced at an awards ceremony in New York City on November 15.
