Paul, Weiss won the Latin Lawyer’s “Private Equity Deal of the Year” award as part of the publication’s 14th annual Deal of the Year Awards. The firm was recognized for our role as counsel to Softbank in its $1 billion investment in Rappi in April 2019. The awards identify winning deals that exhibit complex, novel legal impacts and significance beyond the negotiating table.
