Paul, Weiss was recognized by The Deal for its work advising the board of directors of the Harris Corporation in a merger with L3 Technologies, Inc. The matter was selected as the Energy & Industrials “Deal of the Year.” The publication annually recognizes leaders and innovators in the world of deal making. Winners were honored at an event on June 20 in New York City.
