Paul, Weiss was shortlisted for three “Deals of the Year” as part of International Financial Law Review’s Europe Awards 2022. The IFLR Europe Awards recognize legal innovation in cross-border transactions that closed in 2021.
The firm was shortlisted in the “High Yield Deal of the Year” category for its work as issuer counsel on the KPS bond issuance with Crown Holdings, Inc.; and in the “Restructuring Deal of the Year” category for its work advising sponsors in the Hertz Global and Vallourec restructurings.
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at The Biltmore, London on May 5.
