Paul, Weiss is shortlisted for restructuring “Team of the Year” in the International Financial Law Review's 2023 IFLR Americas Awards. The firm is also a contender for restructuring “Deal of the Year” for its role advising an ad hoc group of company noteholders in the chapter 11 cases of Intelsat S.A.
The annual awards recognize the most innovative cross-border transactions from across the region, and the lawyers and law firms behind them. Winners will be announced on May 18.
