Paul, Weiss was shortlisted in four categories in the International Financial Law Review’s 2023 Europe Awards, which recognize the region’s most innovative cross-border work and those behind it. The firm is a finalist in the “Private Equity Team of the Year Category.”
The firm was also shortlisted in the “Private Equity Deal of the Year” category for advising Clearlake Capital in its acquisition, alongside Todd Boehly, of Chelsea Football Club; in the “Loan Deal of the Year” category for advising 3G Capital in its acquisition of a 75% stake in Hunter Douglas; and in the “Restructuring Deal of the Year” category for advising Azorra Aviation in its acquisition and recapitalization of certain aircraft-owning silos of Nordic Aviation Capital pursuant to a prearranged chapter 11 plan process.
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on May 3.
