Paul, Weiss is shortlisted in four categories in Asian Legal Business’s 2023 China Law Awards, which pay tribute to the outstanding performance of law firms, teams and practitioners in China over the past year. The firm is a finalist for “International Law Firm of the Year” and “Private Equity Law Firm of the Year – International.” Additionally, the firm’s role advising a DCP Capital Partners-led group of investors in their take-private acquisition of 51job, Inc. is a contender for “M&A Deal of the Year – Premium,” and corporate partner Greg Liu is shortlisted for “Dealmaker of the Year – International.”
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Beijing on May 18.
