Paul, Weiss is shortlisted as a “Team of the Year” in the Equity category in the International Financial Law Review's 2022 IFLR Americas Awards. The firm is also shortlisted for “Equity Deal of the Year” for IBM's spin-off of Kyndryl. The annual awards recognize legal innovation in cross-border transactions that closed during the past year. Winners will be announced on May 19.
