International Financial Law Review named Paul, Weiss’s work advising Apollo Global Management in its acquisition of a significant portion of the assets of Credit Suisse’s Securitized Products Group the “Structured Finance and Securitization Deal of the Year” as part of its 2024 Americas Awards. The annual awards celebrate legal innovation through dealmaking and work that improves the cross-border investment market. Winners were announced at an awards ceremony on May 15 in New York City.
