The firm was recognized in the “North American Deal of the Year” category for our work representing Tech Air, a portfolio company of CI Capital, in its acquisition of Gasco Affiliates, LLC; and in the “Restructuring of the Year” category for our involvement in the restructuring of BPS US Holdings, Inc. and Performance Sports Group, and its debtor affiliates.
