Paul, Weiss was recognized by the International Financial Law Review’s 2022 Asia-Pacific Awards in the “Restructuring Deal of the Year” category for the firm’s role in advising Boart Longyear Ltd. in schemes of arrangement. The award is selected based on IFLR’s research and honors a significant deal breaking new legal ground in the Asia-Pacific region from the past year. Award winners were announced at a virtual ceremony on March 17.
