Asian Legal Business recognized two Paul, Weiss transactions: our representation of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, alongside TPG Capital Asia and TPG Growth, in an acquisition of an up to 35% equity interest in Dream Cruises from Genting Hong Kong for $489 million won “M&A Deal of the Year,” and our representation of KKR in its $794 million acquisition of a majority equity stake in NVC Lighting Holding Limited’s China lighting business won “Finance Deal of the Year.”
